Job summary

The Fountain Group in Nashville is seeking a part-time HR/project support professional. The role focuses on refining, evolving and delivering client resources and projects alongside senior consultants, offering a strong opportunity to grow employee experience/HR knowledge and client relationship skills.

You will collaborate on client-focused activities and gain exposure to project management within a corporate environment, while maintaining a 20-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, HR or Finance.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a corporate/internal HR role.
