Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Fulton, Mississippi is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our Pipe Yard & Fabrication Team and help shape the associate experience in a manufacturing environment.

You will partner with site leadership to drive engagement, talent development, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and workplace relations while upholding safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing/fabrication environments.
• Strong business sense with ability to balance operations and employee experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with hourly associates, supervisors, and leadership teams.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for reporting and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assess gaps in HR policies and processes; implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with site leadership to boost engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics for turnover, staffing, attendance, and engagement.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent coordination to meet business needs.
• Develop and deliver training programs for managers and staff on HR policies and expectations.
• Coach leaders on workforce relations, performance management, and development strategies.
• Partner with Environmental Health & Safety and operations to reinforce safety culture.
• Conduct HR audits and ensure timely compliance documentation.
• Support change initiatives in a manufacturing/fabrication setting.
• Build trusted relationships across all levels to promote inclusion and high performance.
