Job summary

Prime Vacations is seeking an experienced HR Generalist who also coordinates a busy office in Bradenton, FL. The role blends core HR duties with day-to-day office support, including high-volume seasonal hiring, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Reports to the Director of HR at Stayterra corporate level.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR policies while supporting a friendly, efficient office environment and collaborating with managers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as HR Generalist supporting 100+ employees.
• Experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, or multisite hourly workforce.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll, and benefits.
• Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems; Paychex/ADP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Handle payroll, benefits, compliance, and leaves.
• Administer benefits enrollment and COBRA.
• Support ACA reporting, EEO1, OSHA logs.
• Maintain employee handbook and HR policies.
• Assist with office operations and scheduling.
