Job summary

InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. seeks a HR Generalist to deliver comprehensive HR support across the organization, covering recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS administration, documentation, compliance and reporting for a government contractor.

You will serve as onsite HR resource for policies and benefits, guide managers on recruiting, performance, attendance and employee relations, and manage I-9, E-Verify, onboarding and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with HRIS and compliance reporting.
• U.S. person per ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite HR support on policies, benefits and employment questions.
• Assist managers with recruiting, performance, attendance and employee relations.
• Ensure Form I-9, E-Verify and onboarding documentation are complete.
• Maintain HRIS data in UKG Pro and CostPoint and prepare required reports.
