Job summary

InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. in Suwanee, Georgia, is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS administration, and compliance for government contractor operations.

You will partner with managers, administer leaves, coordinate training, maintain HRIS data (UKG Pro and CostPoint), and ensure accurate employment records; join a team committed to protecting lives through advanced training solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three to five years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite HR resource for policies, benefits, and employment questions.
• Guide managers on recruiting, performance, attendance, conduct, and employee relations.
• Recruiting activities including postings, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Ensure timely completion of Form I-9 and E-Verify.
• Administer benefits enrollment and leave programs.
• Support performance reviews, promotions, transfers, and succession planning.
• Maintain HRIS data (UKG Pro) and CostPoint.
• Prepare reports for OFCCP, EEO, FMLA, USERRA, ADA, and related audits.
• Coordinate training and maintain records.
• Exit interviews and separation documentation.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
