Job summary

InVeris, Inc. in Suwanee, GA is seeking a HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS administration, documentation, compliance, and reporting for a government contractor.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, experience with UKG Pro and CostPoint, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• ITAR compliance awareness is required for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite HR support for policies, benefits, onboarding, and employment questions.
• Guide managers on recruitment, performance, attendance, corrective action, and employee relations.
• Manage job descriptions, classifications, and compensation reviews.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy (UKG Pro) and CostPoint records.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, AAP, FLSA, EEO, I-9, E-Verify and other laws.
• Prepare separation documentation and exit processes.
• Support training and certification records.
