• Respond to employee questions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support employee relations and assist with investigations.
• Partner with managers to guide performance, attendance and conduct.
• Assist recruiting activities and participate in interviews.
• Maintain confidential HR records and HRIS data.
• Ensure HR transactions are accurately documented.
• Assist with policy interpretation and application.
• Support day-to-day HR issues for leadership.
