Job summary

You will handle UltiPro data entry, recruitment support, training and employee relations while ensuring compliance and accurate records. The role requires a collaborative, detail-oriented professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Three or more years’ experience in a progressively responsible HR role.
• Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, payroll, employee relations and other HR duties across the facility.
• Conduct interviews for positions, define selection criteria and salary levels.
• Onboard new employees, ensure UltiPro data entry and communication to departments.
