Job summary

Delta Specialty Hospital is hiring an HR Support Professional to assist the HR Director with updating employee records, onboarding, payroll data in UltiPro, and maintaining personnel files.

You will help coordinate benefits orientation, training programs, and respond to inquiries, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years of HR experience are required, with professional HR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Three or more years’ experience in a progressively responsible HR role.

Responsibilities

• Process and update employee information in UltiPro and maintain personnel files.
• Coordinate onboarding of new employees, including paperwork and benefit setup.
• Coordinate and coordinate employee relations and training programs.
• Assist in compensation analysis and recruiting activities as needed.
• Provide coaching and consultation to managers on HR policies and practices.
