Job summary

CPC is seeking an HR Coordinator to partner with manufacturing and warehouse teams in Arden Hills, MN. You will own onboarding/offboarding, payroll and timekeeping support, benefits questions, FMLA, leaves of absence, and employee relations, ensuring accurate records and a positive employee experience.

You will administer the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors), assist with performance management, policy interpretation, and related projects, while building strong relationships across CPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR Coordinator, Generalist, or related role; production/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Requires exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR support for manufacturing and warehouse employees, including onboarding/offboarding, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, FMLA and leaves of absence, and employee relations.
• Partner with HR Manager on guidance for performance management, coaching, policy interpretation, and necessary actions.
• Maintain and audit the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) including new hires, transfers, promotions, and compensation changes.
• Review bi-weekly payroll/timecard audits and implement corrections as needed.
• Own new hire onboarding process, including orientation and documentation.
