Job summary

CPC, based in Minnesota, seeks an HR Coordinator/Generalist to support manufacturing and warehouse HR operations. You’ll manage onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, leaves, and employee relations, while partnering with HR leadership on performance and policy guidance.

The role involves administering SAP SuccessFactors, payroll audits, and coordinating recruitment and employee engagement initiatives throughout CPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, organization development, or related field.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Coordinator, Generalist, or related role.
• Experience in production and/or warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for HR support for manufacturing and warehouse employees.
• Supports onboarding and offboarding, payroll, timekeeping, benefit questions, FMLA and leaves of absence, and employee relations.
• Administers SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS updates, including processing hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Oversees bi-weekly payroll and timecard auditing; ensures corrections are made.
• Owns new hire orientation and onboarding processes; manages exit procedures for terminations.
• Assists with FMLA and leave requests and coordinates return-to-work processes.
• Supports full lifecycle recruitment for requisitions and onboarding.
• Supports employee engagement activities and events and recognition programs.
