Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in Arden Hills, MN seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to own full lifecycle HR support for manufacturing and warehouse teams. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, timekeeping, benefits questions, and FMLA while partnering with leaders on performance and policy interpretation.

You will administer SAP SuccessFactors, assist with recruitment, employee engagement, and ad hoc HR projects, ensuring accurate records and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, organization development, or related field.
• SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.
• 3+ years in HR coordination, generalist, or related role; warehouse/production experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge of employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR support for manufacturing and warehouse employees.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits questions.
• Support FMLA leaves, disability processing, and matrix coordination.
• Assist in performance management, coaching, policy interpretation, and employee relations.
• Administer HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors), payroll audits, and new hire/offboarding tasks.
• Support recruitment, employee engagement activities, and company events.
• Contribute to special HR projects and ad hoc reporting as needed.
