Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking an HR professional to support the HR Director with employee data, onboarding, benefits coordination, and policy administration. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Three or more years' experience in a progressively responsible HR role.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Director/Manager with processing and updating employee information and personnel files.
• Assist in onboarding of new employees and terminate processes with UltiPro data entry and communication.
• Coordinate new hire and benefits orientation, training programs, and recruitment activities.
• Provide coaching to managers on performance management, workforce planning, and compensation issues.
• Maintain and update all employee information in UltiPro and maintain training records.
