CTS Corporation seeks an HR Generalist at our Albuquerque location to act as a trusted partner for employees and leaders. You will manage onboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS data entry, records maintenance, and policy interpretation to ensure a compliant, engaging workplace.

The Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner for the Albuquerque location, supporting employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, HR systems, payroll, compliance, performance management, engagement, and workforce reporting. The role partners with employees and leaders to deliver consistent HR practices, maintain accurate and confidential records, improve processes, and support a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
