Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience focused on employee relations and recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of employment policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR consultation and guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation and resolution.
• Disseminates and monitors corporate policies, programs and procedures.
• Oversees onboarding processes with management to ensure thorough orientation.
• Supports activities related to federal and state laws and regulations (FLSA, Work Authorization, FMLA, ADA).
• Monitors and facilitates temporary labor utilization.
• Supports performance management by partnering with managers on performance reviews and compensation planning.
• Conducts investigations when necessary and participates in disciplinary actions when applicable.
