Job summary

NPAA is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees, supervisors, and management across HR functions in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include employee relations, attendance and leave administration, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and HRIS administration. Must have 3+ years of HR experience and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paycom experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR resource for employees and managers on policies and relations.
• Assist with investigations, coaching, performance management, and documentation.
• Support onboarding, I-9, personnel files, and status changes.
