GrayWolf Modular is seeking an HR Generalist to perform HR duties, collaborate with the HR team and department managers, and support employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, compensation, and employment law compliance.

The role emphasizes collaborating across departments, maintaining HRIS records, and handling audits while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of human resources experience.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
• Administer Leave of Absence programs to ensure compliance with law.
• Participate in developing and revising department processes, procedures and systems.
• Support administration for tracking and processing employee changes.
• Administer employee onboarding, orientation and off-boarding.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries.
• Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes or company policies.
• Maintain HRIS records and data integrity.
• Serve as point of contact for HR/SOX workflows.
• Perform routine audits of employee records and personnel transactions.
