Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel policy guidance to employees and management.
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance.
• Administer Leave of Absence programs and onboarding/off-boarding.
• Support HR processes, updates, and internal communications.
• Maintain HRIS records and respond to HR related inquiries.
• Act as point of contact for HR/SOX workflows and audits.
