Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle at our Irvine site. You will implement HR policies, manage records, and drive employee engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with leadership, provide coaching, and assist with payroll and HR analytics to improve workforce effectiveness and compliance. A strong Excel/PowerPoint skillset and experience with HR systems are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of CA employment laws and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to support all employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure HR policies are applied and HR records maintained.
• Support HR analytics and report on employment trends.
• Act as first point of contact for general employee issues and coaching.
• Maintain HR dashboards and assist with payroll activities.
