Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct onboarding support for North American employees, including commercial and corporate staff.
• Provides direct administrative support for driver onboarding, coordinating with Regulatory Operations to ensure compliance.
• Acts as the first contact for routine HR questions and requests; triages and escalates as needed.
• Supports employee relations, assists with investigations, coaching and guidance.
• Interprets and applies company policies consistently and fairly.
• Supports compliance with employment laws, OSHA, EHS, DOL, and related regulations.
• Identifies and mitigates organizational, compliance, and employee relations risks.
• Partners with Commercial and Field leadership on workforce challenges and talent initiatives.
• Initiates and implements process and procedural improvements.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive matters.
• Develops professional written communications, reports, and documentation.
• Responds quickly and effectively to business and employee needs.
