Based in Woodbury, MN, this role partners with Talent Acquisition to move candidates through pre-employment steps and offers first‑level employee relations support, while safeguarding confidential information and supporting organizational culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years HR experience across onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave, payroll, compliance, HRIS.
• Experience maintaining confidential employee information and records.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & employee lifecycle administration, from pre-employment to onboarding readiness.
• Coordinate and support recruiting activities, ATS maintenance, and candidate communications.
• Administer benefits programs, leave programs, and payroll processing activities.
• Maintain HR reports, workforce metrics, and HR compliance documentation.
• Support employee relations and help managers with performance and engagement processes.
