The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing operational support across the People & Culture Department. Working closely with Human Resources subject matter experts, the Generalist develops broad knowledge of Human Resources while supporting day‑to‑day operations, projects, compliance activities, employee relations, employee engagement, benefits and leave administration, HR technology, and other departmental initiatives. This position is designed for a recent graduate or early‑career Human Resources professional seeking broad exposure to multiple Human Resources disciplines. Through cross‑training, mentorship, and progressively increasing responsibility, the Generalist develops the knowledge and skills necessary to support multiple Centers of Excellence and prepare for future career advancement.

Hours: Full‑time, 80 hours per pay period. Minimum starting rate $23.23 per hour. Factors such as experience, education, and internal equity may influence base rate.
