Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience as HR Generalist or related role.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ATS, and HR databases.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop training materials and HR policy education.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
