SumiRiko Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Regular Full-Time Human Resources Generalist at our Bluffton, Ohio facility.

This onsite role supports daily HR functions, answers associate inquiries, coordinates recruiting, training, and retention, and collaborates with management to enforce policies. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Social Work, 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, strong Excel/Office skills, knowledge of FMLA and EOE, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Social Work.
• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Proficiency with HRIS (ADP ServiceNow) and talent management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of FMLA and EOE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day HR contact for Associates and management.
• Respond to Associate inquiries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate recruiting, training, and retention activities.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist in coordinating leave/benefits/education with vendors.
