Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HR and strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, with excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll, benefits, and time management using HR software.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Provide day-to-day HR support for U.S. employees.
• Coordinate performance reviews and documentation.
• Develop and administer HR policies and programs.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment standards.
• Participate in HR audits and process improvements.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and interview scheduling.
• Maintain job descriptions and training records.
• Conduct exit interviews and retention initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
