Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience, public sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for ~85 employees.
• Handle payroll processing, data integrity, and changes.
• Administer benefits, IMRF, FMLA, and leave programs.
• Coordinate performance management and records maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Maintain HRIS data, generate workforce metrics, and reporting.
• Support employee relations and investigations as needed.
