INEOS Pigments in Ashtabula, OH, is seeking a senior Site Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across the site. You will own industrial relations, recruitment, learning & development, reward, HRIS and HR operations, while partnering with operations to raise plant reliability and manage labor relations with the union.

Qualifications

• Senior site HR leader with extensive process industry/manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record in running unionized labor relations and collective bargaining.
• Experience improving difficult labor relations and delivering tangible improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site HR function and be the senior HR voice on the site leadership team.
• Own the relationship with the union and manage collective bargaining and day-to-day labor relations.
