Job summary

INEOS Pigments is seeking a Site Human Resources Manager for its Ashtabula, OH presence. The role leads the HR function on site, owning industrial relations, recruitment, learning & development, and HR operations in a unionized, capital-intensive plant environment.

The ideal candidate will bring US labor relations experience in a union setting, and a track record of improving workforce productivity, safety culture, and leadership accountability while managing shift work and plant turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Senior site HR leader with process/manufacturing background.
• Experience running people processes in a continuous plant.
• Comfort with shift work and plant turnarounds.
• Experience handling union relations and bargaining.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site HR function and be the senior HR voice on the site leadership team.
• Own relationships with the union; lead collective bargaining and grievances.
• Work with operations to improve plant reliability through staffing and shift patterns.
• Build leadership accountability and drive safety culture.
• Oversee recruitment, talent development and capability building.
• Support HRIS and HR operations.
