Job summary

INEOS Pigments USA, Inc. – Ashtabula Complex in Ohio seeks an Operations Administrator to coordinate the hourly workforce, manage scheduling under the CBA, and support the Operations Manager and Supervisors. Experience with SAP and documentation compliance is important.

The role requires 5+ years in a professional setting, strong communication skills, and full-time onsite work at two plants near Lake Erie, with ISO 9001/14001 and OSHA PSM context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional working environment.
• Great verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to keep a large amount of information organized.
• Work 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for hourly Operations workforce in line with the CBA.
• Maintain prescheduled overtime and on-call schedules.
• Coordinate with Training & HR on personnel movements.
• Create requisitions, manage invoices, and perform goods receipts in SAP for the Operations Department.
• Support Operations Manager and Superintendents in budget management.
• Plan and coordinate Plant 1 events and other duties as assigned.
