Job summary

Door Group is seeking an HR professional to act as a primary contact for employees, handling benefits, policies, and HR processes within a manufacturing environment. You will manage onboarding, changes, background checks, and other lifecycle activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Working with manufacturing and HR leaders, you will design and deliver Learning & Development programs, support engagement initiatives, maintain records, and drive data integrity across HR systems while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience supporting onboarding, HRIS transactions, and pre-employment activities.
• Exposure to payroll, benefits administration & employee relations preferred.
• Experience coordinating Learning & Development for first-line manufacturing roles.
• Strong relationship-building with employees and leaders across locations.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, background checks, and lifecycle activities.
• Partner with leaders to design and deliver Learning & Development programs.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Maintain employee records and support HR systems and data integrity.
• Support performance management and talent reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment regulations.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
