Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting cycles and hold teams accountable to spending targets
• Track project budgets and flag variances before they escape
• Decide which Yonkers accounts get the white-glove treatment and why
• Champion process improvements that scale with Aetna growth
• Own the relationship with the Compensation and Benefits vendor so it stops being a fire drill
• Set the generously-mentoring operational standards that keep Aetna running smoothly
• Read the Headcount Planning signals early enough to steer before the quarter closes
• Forecast demand and align operational capacity accordingly
