Job summary

Amcor is seeking a motivated HR Generalist Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and partner with the HR team and business leaders. You will participate in employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, and engagement initiatives, helping deliver HR services and improve processes.

You will gain exposure across HR functions, work with HR systems, and collaborate with professionals and leaders to develop foundational HR skills during your internship.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior standing by June; HR or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and policy administration.
• Assist with talent acquisition, including sourcing and onboarding.
• Help manage HRIS data, reporting, and employee data accuracy.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Support performance management documentation and tracking.
• Assist with training coordination and employee development programs.
