Job summary

Filtrex Service Group is seeking an HR Generalist Intern based in Tulsa, OK to assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR administration. You will help source candidates, coordinate interviews, onboard new hires, and maintain employee records while supporting ongoing HR projects.

The role offers exposure to HR policies, compliance, and employee relations initiatives, with opportunities to contribute ideas and grow HR knowledge in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
