Job summary

HDR in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in the NC area. You will apply HDR policies, handle employee relations, coordinate compensation studies, and manage HRIS transactions to drive accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in office 4-5 days per week, with travel as needed. HDR offers an employee-owned culture and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related HR experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support full employee life cycle in the NC area.
• Maintain consistent application of HDR policies.
• Handle employee relations and performance questions.
• Coordinate compensation market studies with managers.
• Process HR transactions in the HRIS and generate reports.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiting to open requisitions.
