Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Representative in Raleigh, NC. You will support the local office and corporate HR with diverse HR tasks, from onboarding to data reporting, while upholding HDR's employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities include orientation, payroll and benefits support, interview coordination, and maintaining confidential employee records. Local candidates preferred; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Local candidates preferred; strong communication and discretion required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Raleigh office and corporate HR with HR-related tasks.
• Conduct new hire orientations and verify I-9 documentation.
• Create employment requisitions and coordinate interview schedules.
• Document annual recruiting plans and coordinate immigration information.
• Support Internship Program coordination and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and process personnel transactions.
• Provide HR customer service regarding policies, benefits, and hiring.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data; ensure confidentiality.
