Job summary

IP Corporation in St. Paul, MN, is seeking an HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.

The role is a regular full-time position in a stable manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of HR experience, strong HRIS and MS Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Hit-day HR operations including employee relations, policy administration, and compliance.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee issues and performance management.
• Assist with recruiting, screening, coordination, and candidate communication.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Administer employee benefits and support inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Support payroll processes and ensure accurate employee data.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support employee engagement and internal communications.
