Job summary

CPC (Colder Products Company) in Minnesota is seeking an HR Coordinator to support manufacturing and warehouse teams, handling onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.

You will partner with the HR Manager on policy guidance, manage new hires to terminations, and assist with recruitment, employee engagement, and life-cycle HR processes. This role requires up to 10% travel and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR Coordinator, Generalist, or related role.
• Experience in production and/or warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR support for manufacturing and warehouse staff.
• Onboarding, offboarding, payroll, timekeeping, benefits questions, FMLA and leaves.
• Partner with HR Manager on performance guidance and policy interpretation.
• Administer SAP SuccessFactors HRIS including hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Review bi-weekly payroll and timecard audits; correct as needed.
• Own new hire orientation and onboarding, including files and plan creation.
• Own offboarding processes within the unit, including exit interviews.
• Support full life-cycle recruitment and supplier coordination.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and events.
