Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Chandler, AZ is seeking an HR Generalist I to partner with leaders in a manufacturing setting. You’ll handle employee relations, staffing support, compliance, Workers’ Comp, and onboarding, while collaborating with senior HR team members.

The role requires high integrity, confidentiality, and strong MS Office skills. Experience in HR and familiarity with state and federal laws are preferred. Standard benefits and potential overtime are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR and administrative roles
• Familiarity with state and federal HR laws
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency with MS Office suite
• Eligibility for access to Controlled Data; ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of contact for defined client groups
• Own non-exempt recruiting and coordinate staffing with third-party provider
• Ensure compliance with FAA Drug-Free Workplace, ADA, payroll audits
• Oversee Workers' Compensation and Return-to-Work processes
• Support HR projects including talent management and organizational development
