Feed My Starving Children is hiring an HR professional to serve as a key management partner. You will support staffing, guide employee relations, interpret workplace policies, and oversee accommodations and leaves within assigned territories.

The role is full-time and exempt. Typical hours are Mon–Fri daytime; occasional local travel is required. The team offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment within MN/IL hybrid locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years human resources experience.
• Advanced competencies with Microsoft Office; HRIS and SharePoint preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support staffing efforts by partnering with managers and coordinating interviews.
• Guide employee relations matters and interpret workplace policies.
• Oversee leaves of absence and accommodations; ensure timely compliance and documentation.
• Manage onboarding, job changes, and separations; conduct exit interviews.
