Job summary

Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across offices in PA and neighboring states.

You will respond to employee requests, ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain records, and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. Hybrid schedule, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in HR or Business Administration, or equivalent in prior experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR
• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting
• Proficiency with ADP HRIS and similar systems
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee requests for information related to HR functions
• Ensure compliance with local and national employment laws
• Assist in communication and upkeep of company policies
• Maintain employee files and records in compliance with regulations
• Manage recruitment activities: posting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate checks
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Provide payroll-related new hire documentation to Accounting
• Schedule annual reviews and quarterly goals meetings
• Create employee recognition communications
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Collaborate with co-HR Generalist on job descriptions and updates
• Participate in performance management and employee separation processes
• Support training and professional development initiatives
• Assist with holiday planning and benefits administration
