Job summary

IRMI in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a HR Generalist I to support recruiting, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. The role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of HR experience who enjoys partnering with managers and supporting a positive workplace culture.

You will work in a collaborative team that values service, development, and continuous learning, with a hybrid schedule allowing up to 3 remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
