Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 3–5 years HR generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• HRIS leadership: oversee system design, configuration, maintenance, and improvements.
• Provide day-to-day HR support on HR systems, payroll, benefits, and total rewards.
• Develop and deliver HR and payroll reports and support regulatory reporting; back up payroll as needed.
• Partner with leaders to support recruitment, performance management, development, and offboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems; participate in HR initiatives across the organization.
