• Handle offers and respond to salary and benefits questions.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Guide new hires and assist with onboarding.
• Review HR processes and data systems.
• Advise employees and managers on policies and procedures.
• Support payroll collaboration with finance.
• Oversee onboarding, training and enrollment processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documents.
