Job summary

Cross Cosmic Immigration Services is seeking an organized HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations for teams in India and Canada. The role covers payroll, policies, and the full new-hire journey from offer letter to onboarding, plus coordination with partner firms and contractors across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR Operations.
• Hands-on payroll experience in India (PF/ESI/Tax).
• Working knowledge of Canadian payroll and Ontario ESA.
• Experience drafting HR documents (offers, contracts, policies).
• Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding across time zones.

Responsibilities

• HR Documentation & Records: contracts, offers, files, templates.
• Payroll & Compensation: India payroll monthly, Canada bi-weekly, compliance.
• Policies & Compliance: Indian & Canadian regulations, training tracking.
• Employee Relations & HR Challenges: first point of contact, confidential handling.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: scheduling, offers, onboarding across time zones.
• Partner Firm & Candidate Coordination: liaise with partner firms and pipelines.
• CRM & HR Systems: maintain CRM records, monthly HR reports.
