Job summary

Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is seeking an Human Resource Generalist to support Pueblo Community College's Southwest Region. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, HR data administration, and Title IX intake coordination to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The Generalist collaborates with Talent Acquisition, benefits, and college leadership to facilitate professional development and ensure policy alignment across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience required.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR functions.
• Higher education and/or government employment preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal and Colorado employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding in the Southwest Region.
• Maintain new hire documents and HRIS data.
• Serve as point of contact for benefits questions.
• Coordinate college professional development opportunities.
• Provide guidance on regulations and policies.
