Sierra Pacific Industries is hiring a Human Resources Generalist at the Anderson Main Office in Redding, CA. You will partner with HR teams across 20 locations, handle recruiting, relations, payroll, and training initiatives, and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• 4 years progressive office administration experience including 2 years Human Resources-specific experience.
• Understanding of Federal and State employment laws.
• Proven ability to work independently, discretely, and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a resource and partner with HR Coordinators and Managers at more than 20 locations.
• Learn and grow in responsibility through identifying opportunities and collaboration.
• Be involved with recruiting, employee relations, training, and payroll processes.
• Lead development and implementation of effective HR programs and processes.
• Collaborate to improve recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices at manufacturing locations.
• Engage with employees to answer questions and assist investigations.
