The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in HR Management with 4 years of HR experience (PHR or SPHR preferred); construction experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field with 4 years HR experience.
• Master’s degree in HR Management or equivalent combination.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Regional HR Manager in implementing processes and programs for recruiting and retention.
• Collaborate with regional managers and Corporate HR to ensure compliance.
• Oversee onboarding processes and HR department activities.
• Participate in HR continuous improvement activities.
• Support compliance efforts and training/certifications.
• Oversee the work of direct reports as needed.
