Summary

The Human Resource Generalist assists the Regional HR Manager in implementing processes and programs that advance effective recruiting and retention of the company's most important asset (the co-worker) within his/her assigned Region. This is accomplished by collaborating with Managers within the Region, as well as Corporate HR. The Generalist plays an important role in ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field and 4 years of HR experience; or a Master's Degree in HR Management;or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Professional Certification in Human Resource Management (PHR or SPHR) preferred
• Prior experience in construction preferred
