Job summary

Lineage is seeking an entry-level HR associate to support human resources activities at a designated Georgia site. You will help administer policies, assist with payroll, benefits, and data integrity, and collaborate with site leaders to improve people processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year progressive HR or related field experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site leaders to drive performance and create solutions.
• Support HR basics and drive improvements aligned with HR vision.
• Partner with Talent HR CoE to meet talent acquisition needs.
• Assist with payroll and benefits processing and issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and reporting.
• Maintain HR data accurately and timely.
• Communicate and support rollout of corporate HR activities.
• Investigate and resolve team member issues.
• Manage site pay changes in line with total rewards.
