Weston County Health Services is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support the organization’s human resources operations, reporting to CHRO. The role requires independent work, sound judgment, and initiative to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

You will handle HR processes, audits, employee records, and collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate benefits and deductions while supporting recruitment and compliance across state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5 years of experience in an HR role.
• Working knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Adept at learning HRIS, ATS, and healthcare systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain up-to-date HR files and documentation.
• Lead complex HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Support full-cycle recruitment including postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
• Coordinate recruitment events and travel to offsite locations as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of HR records and compliance with regulations.
